HomeLink Health serves individuals in the Rockbridge area who face financial or logistical barriers to accessing essential recovery and home-safety resources. Whether you're recovering from a hospital stay, managing a chronic condition, or simply need help making your home safer, we're here for you.

We provide access to mobility aids, bathroom safety equipment, bed and transfer safety items, home accessibility tools, and specialty recovery equipment.

Ride Vouchers & Transportation

We help connect residents with transportation support for medical appointments, therapy sessions, pharmacy visits, and other essential healthcare needs.

Equipment is provided free of charge. At the time of pickup or drop-off, we ask each recipient to sign a brief liability release so we can keep loaning equipment safely.
